Wonderful Wednesdays

Wonderful Wednesdays, the follow-up “Aging with Grace” companion course to this summer’s “Marvelous Mondays,” continues in January 2024. This is for parishioners and friends of Grace who are 55 and older. The Rev. Pam Webb+ will again lead the discussion. The group will meet in the Parish Hall from 10 to 11:45 a.m. on four consecutive Wednesdays beginning January 3 and continuing on the 10th, 17th and 24th. The groups will use two books: “Vesper Time” by Frank J. Cunningham and “Can’t We Talk About Something More Pleasant” by Roz Chast. The group will discuss five themes: Memory, Intimacy, Diminishment, Gratitude and Acceptance. After each week’s discussion, participants are invited to attend the noon service of Holy Eucharist with prayers for healing in the Parish Hall, then remain to enjoy a bag lunch (bring your own).
