    Gather outdoors in front of a fire as we celebrate the Great Vigil of Easter during a Holy Eucharist Rite II service. We'll move into the Parish Hall and experience the liturgy as the sun rises over the York River, then walk to the historic church for Eucharist and to conclude our Easter morning service.     Join Grace's online Centering Prayer group weekly on Mondays. The format begins with a reading from the Centering Prayer literature, scripture, a 20-minute "sit" during which the scripture is silently contemplated, followed by some brief conversation if anyone has anything to say and then a closing prayer.     Our Graceful Knitters have been putting their talents to good use since the fall of 2010. The group meets weekly on Thursdays and knits prayer shawls for the Grace Prayer Shawl ministry, hats for the homeless and other community needs, along with personal projects. The group’s members work at all skill levels and several members will be glad to work with anyone who wants to learn to knit. There’s a supply of yarn and needles for anyone needing them. All are welcome.

    Grace hosts an Alcoholics Anonymous Shoulder to Shoulder group meeting weekly in the Parish Hall. This is an in-person, Big Book, closed meeting with wheelchair access. Closed meetings are for A.A. members only, or for those who have a drinking problem and “have a desire to stop drinking.”
