Christmas Fair Trade Market

Grace volunteers led by members of the Beloved Community Steering Committee have organized a Fair Trade Market that features handmade items from artisans across the world. These artisans earn fair wages for their work, which is made available through an organization called Serrv. Begun after World War II to help Europe’s artists and craftspeople get back on their feet while their nations recovered, Serrv has since gone worldwide. The result is one-of-a-kind items that are perfect as a gift for oneself or to pass along to a friend or family member. While there will be lots of handmade Christmas ornaments and nativity sets at the market, you will also find many household goods to brighten your surroundings. Everything is priced reasonably and sourced from a legitimate artisan; proceeds benefit Grace Outreach. The Parish Hall will also have a cookie decorating station for children who accompany their parents. Our Parish Book and Gift Shop will be open during this market, so please shop there as well.
